The Approval mode emails contain an approve and reject buttons for the recipient to cast their vote on the incoming submission prior to it being recorded. In outlook 2007, tighter security means that the buttons do not show up in the email. The work around for this at this time is to add an option to open then email in a browser to the toolbar in Outlook. Then the recipient can click this tool bar button to open the email in a browser and cast their vote.
