 Problem with Export Data, Download Hangs
Solution Troubling Exporting Data when using Norton 360 Version 2.5

If you are experiencing a problem downloading data via the export data option and you have Norton 360 installed, follow these steps to resolve:

1. Open Norton 360
2. Roll Over PC Security to show the menu
3. Click Manage Firewall
4. Click the Network Locations Tab
5. Click the Trusted Tab on the Network Locations Screen
6. Click the Add Button and enter 69.90.199.42 in the pop up window
7. Click Close.
8. Close and Restart your Browser.

This will add logiforms server to your trusted sites. The alternative is to turn of "Browser Protection" on the General Settings Screen
